Every practice, heard every day

Practice managers get alerts, head office gets the Monday email, and the board gets a monthly report.

The moment it happens

The practice hears first

When a practice gets a serious review or a run of low ratings, we alert your team by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams, with the practice named.

Questions dental and healthcare groups ask

Something else? Talk to us.

Are the reply drafts safe on patient privacy?

Every draft is written from the public review alone. It never confirms that the reviewer is a patient, on praise as well as complaints, and never mentions treatment, dates or bills. Your team approves each one. We post nothing.

Do you need access to patient records or our practice system?

No. We read only what anyone can see in public. Nothing connects to your practice management system and we never see patient data.

Do you read Healthgrades, Zocdoc or Doctify?

Not today. We read Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Google News. Healthcare review sites are not covered yet, and we will not claim they are.

We already use a reputation platform. Why add this?

Keep it. Earshot needs no access and no integration, so it sits beside your platform as an independent weekly read of every location, with the reasons behind each change in rating.

Do the rules on replying differ by country?

Yes. In Australia the regulator can treat a reply to a patient review as advertising. Every draft is a starting point for your team, who decide whether a reply is posted at all.

How accurate is the AI that reads the reviews?

Every review is read for what it is about, whether it is positive or negative, and how serious it is. We test that reading against posts sorted by hand and publish every result on the accuracy page, last measured on 8 July 2026.
