Every community, heard every day

Community managers get alerts, head office gets the Monday email, and the board gets a monthly report.

The moment it happens

The community hears first

When a community gets a serious review or a run of low ratings, we alert your team by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams, with the community named.

Are reply drafts safe where a resident is involved?

Every draft is written from the public review alone. It never confirms that someone lives in a community, and never mentions their care, health, lease or account. Your team approves each one. We post nothing.

Does this work for apartment communities as well as care homes?

Yes. Any community with its own Google listing is read the same way, whether it is a care home, a retirement village, an apartment building or student housing.

Do you read carehome.co.uk, A Place for Mom or ApartmentRatings?

Not today. We read Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Google News. For UK care homes that gap matters, because carehome.co.uk says it holds more care home reviews than Google.

We already use a reputation platform. Why add this?

Keep it. Earshot needs no access and no integration, so it sits beside your platform as an independent weekly read of every location, with the reasons behind each change in rating.

Who gets the alerts?

The inbox and the Slack or Microsoft Teams channel you choose. Every alert names the community, so it can go straight to that community's manager. Head office gets the Monday email.

How accurate is the AI that reads the reviews?

Every review is read for what it is about, whether it is positive or negative, and how serious it is. We test that reading against posts sorted by hand and publish every result on the accuracy page, last measured on 8 July 2026.
