Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it's free forever, no card needed and nothing to expire. The free plan monitors the sources that cost us nothing to pull: Google News, YouTube, App Store reviews and Reddit, with 3 keywords, 1,000 mentions a month and a daily refresh. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google reviews cost real money to scrape, so they live on the paid plans. You can stay on free as long as you like.
What do paid plans add over free?
The paid channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google reviews, pulled and classified alongside everything the free plan already reads. You also get more keywords, a bigger monthly mention cap and faster refresh as you move up the tiers. Everything you set up on free carries over.
What counts as a mention?
One public post, article, video, comment or review that matches one of your keywords and gets pulled and classified. Duplicates are removed before counting, so a syndicated article that appears on five sites counts once, and only classified mentions count against your cap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing screen, in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention phone calls, no dark patterns.
Why is billing in ZAR?
Earshot is a South African business and charges through Paystack in South African rand (ZAR). Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at a pinned rand amount per plan, published on this page. The pinned amounts are reviewed quarterly, so your price stays predictable regardless of daily exchange rates. Your card statement shows the rand amount.
What exactly does white-label include?
The Agency plan puts your logo and your accent color on the dashboard and the reports, across 10 client workspaces. Your clients see your brand and only your brand. Spread across 10 clients, the tool costs you about $50 per client per month, and whatever you charge on top is your margin.
What happens when I hit my mention cap?
We stop pulling new mentions until your next billing cycle, and the dashboard tells you so plainly. We never silently drop mentions and we never bill overages. If you keep hitting the cap, upgrading takes one click and applies immediately.
