Two hundred branches, one feed
Every branch has its own Google reviews page and its own local chatter, and head office usually hears about a bad quarter from the board pack. Earshot pulls every branch into one feed, reads each mention with AI, and tells the right region the day a branch slips. From $49 a month.
Reviews slipping this week. Routed to the coastal region.
One slipping branch, caught in week one
The review below is invented, and labelled as a sample. The pattern is real: one branch slips for a quarter, its reviews page fills up one star at a time, and head office reads about it months later as an averaged line in a board pack. Earshot reads each branch's reviews as they land, scores them, and raises the branch the week it starts slipping, while there is still something to fix.
Google Reviews
Sample“Third visit to this branch about the same claim. The call centre says speak to the branch, the branch says it sits with head office. Friendly staff, but nobody can actually help.”
Alert email
SampleNeeds your attention: repeat complaint at one branch
Scored negative with high severity and tied to that branch's own reviews page, so it reached the regional manager the same day instead of the quarterly pack.
Each branch, watched on its own channels
The heart of it is Google Reviews per branch: each branch project tracks that location's own reviews page, while the brand's name gets watched across news, social, video and forums. Every card below is live today; when a roadmap source appears on a page like this it says coming soon, because we never fake an integration.
How branches map to plans: each branch runs as its own project, pointed at that branch's Google reviews page plus its local keywords. Business includes 3 projects and Agency includes 10 workspaces, so bigger networks start with the branches that matter most, flagships and known trouble spots, or talk to us about a wider rollout.
Every branch has its own reviews page
One branch is thriving, the next is slipping, and each has its own Google reviews page filling up a star at a time. Earshot reads every branch's page, tags the mention to the branch it came from, and routes it to the region that owns it, so head office sees them all in one feed. Three locations are sampled below.
Across your locations
SampleChloe B.
Quick and friendly at the central branch. In and out in ten minutes, no fuss.
Ryan P.
Waited 40 minutes at the Riverside branch and then was told the system was down. This keeps happening.
Amara O.
Third visit to the Lakeside branch about the same issue and still no answer. Kind staff, but nobody can actually help.
The alert lands where the regional manager looks
Serious mentions do not wait for a report. Each branch project sends its alerts by email and, if you paste in a Slack or Microsoft Teams webhook, straight into that region's channel. Set it once per project and the Umhlanga complaint pings the coastal channel instead of a shared inbox nobody owns. Both routes are shipped today, not roadmap.

Can we watch every branch?
Honest answer: it depends on the size of your network. Each branch runs as its own project, pointed at that branch's Google reviews page. Business includes 3 projects and Agency includes 10 workspaces, so a ten-branch dealer group fits on one Agency plan. A two-hundred-branch insurer starts with the branches that matter most, the flagships and the known trouble spots, while one brand-level project watches news, social and forums across the whole network. If you need more than 10, talk to us.
How do alerts reach regional managers?
Two routes, both live today. Serious mentions go out by email as soon as they are scored, and each project can also post to a Slack or Microsoft Teams incoming webhook. Paste each region's channel webhook in once and the alert lands where that regional manager already spends the day. No integration project, no IT ticket.
Do you monitor Hellopeter?
Only through your own Hellopeter Business API credentials, connected by you. We never scrape Hellopeter: their terms forbid it, and South Africa's privacy law (POPIA, the Protection of Personal Information Act) is not something we bend for a feature. If you already pay for Hellopeter Business, talk to us about connecting it; if you do not, we will not pretend to have that data.
How accurate is the AI that reads the mentions?
Measured, not promised. Every mention gets a sentiment, a severity and a topic from our classifier, and we publish the accuracy numbers from our public test set on the methodology page, updated with every release. If we cannot measure a claim, we do not make it.
