Reviews decide who gets the sale

The next customer reads your reviews before they ever talk to you. Earshot watches your Google reviews page and everywhere the story travels, reads every review with AI, and alerts you the same day a bad one lands. From $49 a month.

The bad review, seen the same day

The review below is invented, and labelled as a sample. The handling is exactly what the product does: Earshot pulled it on the next refresh, scored it negative with high severity, and sent the alert to your inbox the same day. A bad review answered today reads very differently to the person deciding tomorrow.

Waited forty minutes past our booking and the table still was not ready. Nobody came over to explain. We used to love this place.

Needs your attention: serious review on your Google page

Scored negative with high severity on the refresh that pulled it in, so it reached you today, while a calm reply still shows the next reader you turned up.

Your reviews page, plus everywhere the story travels

The heart of this job is your own Google reviews page, watched live per project. A bad review rarely stays there, so your name is also watched across social, video, forums and news, all live today. Dedicated review platforms beyond Google are on the roadmap and say coming soon, because we never fake an integration.

The alert lands where you already look

A serious review does not wait for the weekly report. Each project sends its alerts by email and, if you paste in a Slack or Microsoft Teams webhook, straight into the channel your team already watches. Set it once and the front desk knows before the day shift ends. Both routes are shipped today, not roadmap.

Questions owners ask

Which review sites do you watch today?

Google Reviews is live today: each project points at your own Google reviews page and pulls new reviews on every refresh. TripAdvisor, Booking.com, G2, Capterra and the app stores are on the roadmap and marked coming soon wherever they appear, because we never claim an integration we do not have. Your brand's name is also watched live across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and Google News, which is where a bad review story travels next.

How fast will I hear about a bad review?

It depends on your plan's refresh speed. Solo checks daily, Pro checks through the day, Business and Agency refresh every hour. Serious reviews do not wait for a report: the moment a refresh pulls one in and the AI scores it serious, the alert goes out by email and, if you have connected one, to your Slack or Microsoft Teams channel.

Can Earshot reply to reviews for me?

No, and on purpose. Nothing posts on your behalf. Earshot's job is to make sure you see the review the same day, with the severity and the topic already read, so the reply is yours and it goes up while the next customer is still reading.

How accurate is the AI that reads the reviews?

Measured, not promised. Every mention gets a sentiment, a severity and a topic from our classifier, and we publish the accuracy numbers from our public test set on the methodology page, updated with every release. If we cannot measure a claim, we do not make it.
