Bad news should reach you first
By the time a problem shows up in the monthly numbers, it has been costing you customers for weeks. Earshot reads every mention with AI, flags the serious ones and the negative spikes, and alerts you by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams the day they land. From $49 a month.
Find out today, not in the board pack
The headline below is invented, and labelled as a sample. The flow is exactly what the product does: the story landed on the morning refresh, the AI scored it high severity against your keywords, and the alert went out the same hour. The gap between a problem you handle today and one you explain next quarter is usually just who heard first.

SampleNeeds your attention: news mention scored serious
Serious mentions skip the queue. This one went out by email and to your team channel on the refresh that caught it, while there was still time to respond.
Two rules, set once per project
Serious mentions alert immediately, always. Negative spikes alert once per storm: when more negative mentions than your threshold land within six hours, you get one message that says so, not forty pings. Both go out by email and, if you paste in a Slack or Microsoft Teams webhook, to the channel you name. All of it is shipped today, not roadmap.

What counts as serious?
The AI reads every mention and scores its severity. The top score is reserved for mentions that can cost you customers today: a safety complaint, an angry review naming a staff member, a news story picking up speed. Those alert immediately, every time, even if you were alerted an hour ago, because a crisis does not wait its turn.
What is a negative spike?
A cluster of negative mentions landing in a short window, the pattern a brewing story makes. You set the threshold per project; when more negative mentions than that arrive within six hours, Earshot sends one storm alert instead of a dozen separate pings.
Where do alerts land?
Two routes, both live today. Every alert goes out by email as soon as it is scored, and each project can also post to a Slack or Microsoft Teams incoming webhook. Paste the webhook in once and alerts land in the channel your team already watches. No integration project, no IT ticket.
Will it spam me?
No. Storm alerts have a six-hour cooldown, so one bad afternoon reads as one alert, not forty. The only thing that ignores the cooldown is a top-severity mention, which is exactly the one you want interrupting you.
How accurate is the AI doing the scoring?
Measured, not promised. Every mention gets a sentiment, a severity and a topic from our classifier, and we publish the accuracy numbers from our public test set on the methodology page, updated with every release. If we cannot measure a claim, we do not make it.
